I think she means that the Fafi collection is being released next year at the same time the Barbie collection was released this year which was February I think.

Okay no one is answering, what/who the hell is Fafi? Like everyone else I'm waaaay excited about the hot metallic pink. I'm guessing the colors will be just as bright as the packaging.

2008 is looking to be an awesome year for MAC and its not even here yet!

Heatherette + MAC + metallic hot pink = HEAVEN!

Fafi + MAC = FRIGGIN AWESOME!

How cool would special Fafi packaging be?!

Fafi is an artist from France. Her graffiti-style dolls AKA "Fafinettes" have become a big hit internationally. She has collaberated with Adidas, Coca Cola, etc.

Yay for Fafi! I'm a huge fan. I wish that they would put Fafinettes on the MAC packaging, but I know they won't. I would have been awesome though.

I'm ULTRA Xcited now!!! Everything is sounding bright and vivid!!
I can see a LE 'Fafinette' coming with the collection.

If Galliano wasn't tied in with Dior, I could see MAC collaborating with John BIG TIME!!

Found this mention of the MAC Fafi collection on this blog:

To create a soft eye, All That Glitters Eye Shadow from the M∙A∙C FAFI Collection was applied all over the eye. M∙A∙C Kohl Eye Pencil in Fascinating was applied close to the lash line and smudged upward.

It shows pics from the show etc...not sure if these looks have anything to do with the actual collection at all though.

I love her and her girls! I was at fornarina in la in 2005 and had a feild day shopping and loving all the things fafi there! she's a famous french female graffiti artist...I saw some artwork today when my mro came to town, super cute!!
