Summer's coming...we all know what that means...bikinis, fruity drinks, mini skirts (sometimes even...really mini skirts), endless leggy days in short shorts and high heels. So...legs.

I don't know about y'all but after a winter wrapped up in layers...my legs could use a little bit of help, a little bit of color, and a lot of pampering. Hooray for MAC stepping in (ha, how punny) and releasing the Skinsheen collection just in time. Remember Glam Gams from last year? This collection (Skinsheen) is rather like it, in that it's meant to really play up your legs. It's got a buffing brush and you can use either a mousse or a leg oil, in colors ranging from Medium Sheer to Medium Dark Sheer.

According to forum member and Specktra SuperStar Erine1881 the Skinsheen line ties in with the Naughty Nauticals release set for this summer.

Can't wait!

I like the outfit, the shoes, the theme, and the background, but the legs look like they are from a manikin. I am looking forward to Naughty Nautical.

lol..i thought it was a mannequin too! the outfit and such is cute, but i think mac coulda made a better promo image. her legs dont look tan at all, i thought they were plastic too

I'm not sure about this one. I want to hear more about it first. i plan on doing some airbrush tanning this summer instead of tanning beds and I don't want to focus on just one part of my body.

I don't want my legs to feel gunky either. I hate when you put some stuff on ur legs to try and make them look all sexy in the summer and then u get in the car and ur sliding around and u can't rest ur hand o ur leg and u don't want anyone touching ur legs because ur all gross.

I dont like the picture much either.

That's what i was thinking. It sounds good, but its the worsssst when you think you're all cute, you get somewhere and your legs are all orange and splotchy, and just nasty. then it gets on your skirt and turns it orange, so its obvious that you've used something.
but, knowing me, i'll probably buy it anyways

I'm actually glad the legs in the picture aren't tanned. Porcelain healthy looking skin is back!
It seems as though the bronzy look isn't getting attention anymore. Many fashion shows had models preening down the catwalks sporting their own skincolor and not some tanned over bronzed skin, which I find LIBERATING!

Me too. I love this picture. My legs are super-white (and I'm happy for them to stay that way) and that's rarely shown in a positive light! It's a little confusing though that the image has "Bronzed to distraction" on it.

I think it's great to show variety and all. Not everyone has bronzed skin but damn! Those legs are so bright white they almost glow.
