this is going to be an awesome mes collection! I want more than I have for the past few I've seen! Yay pinks!

Hot contrast looks kicking but black....not good for me. I'll dream about the other side of it....

These look so gorgoeus! I really wanna give these a try but I'm a bit fearful of MSFs/MES. They tend to make my oily skin look gross. The black one looks hot, though!!!!

omg so many collections coming out. i was not expecting all of
them lOl, geez should have saved up haha.
but i'm definately looking forward to this one. love the colors, im
thinking of getting all the l/s (im not really a l/s person but the
colors are to die for!) and of course the l/g's too. nvm. might get
all of it hahahha /= i need help !

I almost fell out of the chair and fainted when I saw this collection. I keep saying I don't need any more color!!! I have not scratched the surface of possibilities with what I have and then I see this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sea and Sky! Wow is that dark blue just what I wanted! I wonder if I should pass on cool heat!!!!

Omg, those MES Duos look freaking amazing. I can't wait to see them in person!

I'm brand new to MAC and haven't been really wowed in a "i need this" kind of way by some of the other collections i've seen. These look so cool though! Bad for my small bank account though..
I want love connection, odd couple and culture clash l/g. Ahhh.. can't wait.

Although I am excited over this collection but am also a little disappointed that this time is MES Duo. I would prefer the MES from Flashtronic with veinings in the whole pot,they look much more beautiful. I have been using my Flashtronic MES almost everyday and is finishing up my Mercurial soon.

This time my favouite of the bunch is: Odd Couple (I love purple!)

These MESs look so gorgeous in the pics and look bright. I have to be strong though b/c they are not what they are in the pot. They are more frosty and probably dupable with some e/s shade in the perm line. I own only one - Mi'Lady from Holiday 2007. I haven't even touched it yet!

These are so beautiful!! I just wish MAC had empty palettes large enough to fit these so that I could depot these babies and my other mineral shadows. I'm probably going to purchase:

- Sea n Sky - that blue is AMAZING!!
- Polar Opposites
- Hot Contrast
- Lil' Hot Pepper and Major Minor lipglasses
- Dangerously Hot and Mellow mood lipstick

I might get that brush too! I don't currently own one like that.

Sigh, I will go to a party to celebrate the final of Germany's "Pop Idol" on Saturday. I am usually not interested in, but the candidate who will probably win on Saturday comes from my town and doesn't live far away from here. So my girls said I should come.

I just decided to wear Mercurial one more time on Saturday and must decide for my clothes now...

These look beautiful, but I'm not sure how much use I'd get from any of them. I have a couple of the Flashtronic MES and while they're gorgeous in the pan, they just end up a smooshed up version of the different colours when applied as inexpertly as I do. I'll probably get a couple though as they're pretty unique-looking!

I also have Mi'Lady and have only worn it once. I was keen to get it since the red side looked so good in so many FOTDs but it just shows up as sort of bronze on me.

Although some of these look great I'm not that impressed. I just don't think I'd wear them.
That may change when I see them in real life.

I have decided to stop thinking about future collections and focus on whats coming next. I get unstuck when there are too many similar colors though.
I think I have overwhelmitis.

You and me both! As cool as these MES look, I'm not jumping out of my seat to pick them up even tho Odd Couple and Fresh Green catch my eye. And since I can't put them into my palettes I end up ignoring my MES anyway.

I'll wait and see about the texture. I swapped out all Flashtronic ones except for Lovestone which for fallout I really should have. Don't wanna deal with that hassle again!

.. oh god, I want all of these, but I dont know when to say no.. I have all of the other MSE but I hardly touch them (I dont normally have the time to put on eyeshadows anymore with everything else)

this and the pigments.. and maybe a few of the blushes.. I have to re think it all again

I actually love MAC MES much more than their regular es. I will at least use one daily to match with other es. Other than pretty to look at in the pot,they sure looks good when apply on the lids too. I know that there are complains about fall out but this can actually be avoid. The trick is to apply the MES with fingers instead of brushes & a good base eg. Painterly pp. My favourites are Mercurial,Ether,Lovestone.. well infact all the MES from Flashtronic. They are the best comparing to those from Antiquitease Color,Amuse and Rococco. So I hope that the new MES from Electroflash will live up to the expectation of Flashtronic,or even better.

Hot Contrast is the standout of this collection for me. I was out of town for TWO DAYS and I come back to all of this!!! I feel like MAC has really out done themselves this year!
