Hello Everyone!
I've got a bit of a dilemma. I am currently employed for a cosmetic line at Macy's, but I would really like to apply for a freelance position at MAC (hopefully this position would grow into perm). Thing is I know you have to wait 3 months before applying for a Macy's MAC after having worked there. Financially I am not in the position to quit my job, take a 3 months break, and then apply for MAC with the possibility of not getting hired... SO my question is would it be ok to apply for freelance positions at Nordies or Bloomies (even though bloomies and macy's are owned by the same company??) or would that be a total conflict of interest? Would it be looked down upon that I currently work for another line? What to do...
