Hey,
I'm going from a healthy, unprocessed naturally dark brown bob to a bleach blonde bowl cut. I'd like if it were shaved very short around the nape. Considering it'll be practically buzzed there, should I bleach before or after my cut? I don't want to chemically burn my scalp, but would be nice to save on product... Thoughts?
