I can't get to the store often to swatch eyeshadows. I am looking for a recommendation for brown matte (or similar to matte--no glittter or sparkle) eyeshadow that I can use for my crease on a not too much makeup day. I have espresso and it is a little to dark even if I try to use it lightly. I also have Wedge which looks a little to yellowish on me and Kid which is probably a little too light. Looking for something that I can just swipe on really quick when I am in a hurry.

If it helps I use medium mfsn. Not sure of the color in other products.

I love using Cork, it's a matte medium brown.

I second Cork. I used it with EVERY single look I do....daytime to nightime. It's the perfect crease color. You should check it out.

i like charcoal brown and mystery, but mystery is considerably darker. i have cork but haven't touched it yet.

try saddle. it's a nice crease color/blending color.

Cork! It's lighter than Espresso, but darker than Wedge.

Swiss Chocolate is a good matte medium brown.

i like cork. a great medium brown and it is matte!

i also like woodwinked in the crease. it's not brown but more copper but it's still very beautiful

Also Haux - which has a hint of red but it a really nice colour for adding depth to the crease. And otherwise Cork for me too

Brown script is nice but it comes off a bit reddish brown.
