My Bobbi Brown gel liners have reached their end. They're just too dry and scarce to salvage. I am very sad.
BUT I just turned 21 and got a boatload of Sephora giftcards! So maybe I'm ready to put BB behind me and explore some other brands.
I've already got plenty of black eyeliner, as well as UD Liquid Liner in Smog. I need an awesome brown eyeliner, preferably in gel or liquid form. Any suggestions?
