Error message when creating a new thread

I am trying to create a new thread in the MAC Chat forum and I keep getting the following error message...

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/specktra/public_html/forum/includes/functions_search.php on line 196

Please advise as I am trying to find out some information but am unable to post. Thank you!
