Today while shopping at an Estée Lauder counter the women who was serving me mentioned there was a part time job available and asked me if I was interested, I of course answered yes as anything to do with make up I love. She took my name and number and said she would get back to me. She mentioned that they don't normally hire 16 year olds but as I'm 17 next month they would definitely think about. I'm just wondering if she does get back to me what would the interview process be like? And does anyone have experience working
