I started with just my natural eye brows

Right eye brow step 1
Draw in the lower brow line where hair is missing

I only used SPIKED EYE BROW PENCIL for my eye brows.

When I first saw this tut I tought outlining like that would make my eyebrows look really strong which I hate. But I tried it and it look very natural.
