I got a budding love lipstick from nordstrom online but there was nothing in the box!
I'm kind of scared to tell them, I don't want them to think I'm trying to scam them though :c
I want to cry (i know, stupid but still)

To my understanding, their customer service is excellent. Just send them an email (or call) and explain what happened.
