Hi and congratulations!
You'll be responsible for the overall success of the counter. With that said, being able to bring your team together will be vital. Are you familiar with them already? You'll want to make sure that each one is putting their training and sales techniques to best use. Coach and train them if needed. Keep them on track. You'll also want to brainstorm ideas to hold events that will be successful. Work your client system for customer retention and new sales.
I would do some research online about motivating, coaching and building teams. The things that trigger motivation for one person will be totally different for the next. And also try to think outside of the box on events and things you can do to increase your sells over prior month/year.
