Hi everyone,

I'm new here and currently training as a makeup artist.

Wanted some advice on good eyeshadow combinations.

If I provide a list of MAC eyeshadows I own at the moment (hoping to build collection asap) would you be able to tell me any ones that people have tried and thought were good?

- Hey
- Warm Breeze
- Gingersnap
- Dark brew
- Dance in the dark
- Brule
- Vanilla extract
- Honey lust
- Amber lights
- Saddle
- Lemon tart
- Creative copper
- Butterfudge
- Divine Decadence
- Unwind
- Trax
- Scene 1
- Embark
- Antiqued
- Red Brick
- Coppering
- Woodwinked
- Poison pen
- Grain
- Arena
- Uninterrupted
- Cork
- Tan pigment
- Vanilla pigment
- Beauty Marked
- Crystal Avalanche
- Goldmine
- Club
- Knight Devine
- Cranberry
- Swiss Chocolate

Is there anything that stands out for anyone? I always tend to use uninterrupted and red brick in the crease and then struggle from there!

Any advice would be appreciated xxx

Club you can use on its own, or on top of a black base (e.g., Blackground paint pot), to create a one-and-done smoky eye because of the duochrome. Shades like Crystal Avalanche or Vanilla pigment would make beautiful inner corner highlights. Check out macmakeup.net; you can look for any shade you already own, and it'll give you ideas for combinations.
