How do I get my Pro Card??

I am a newish Freelancer and wondering what exactly I need to make this easier. Before you say it, yes, I already have the application w/ the requirements, etc. But seriously, other than a business card I don't even know what some of these things are. Composite Card, Publication Masthead? Huh?? LOL...sorry if I sound like an idiot but when I asked my regular store about it they were not very helpful at all but it was very busy.

Anyway....what are the easiest, fastest things I can send in for it? Thanks everyone!
