How do you organize your palettes?

Does your method help you be more creative or help keep you out of a colour rut?

Mine are done by colour family, but I'm thinking of changing that to alphabetical or something to get my creative juices flowing.

I do mine by colors generally.

Color breakdowns:
Blues, greens, purples, pinks, neutrals, neutrals x2

Random breakdowns:
Pro colors, LE colors (not full), Misc, Brights

Non-MAC:
Milani, Jane/UD

I just have one 15-pan palette. I have 5 highlight/brow colors on the top row, 5 lid colors on the middle row, and 5 liner/contour/crease colors on the bottom row.

i organize mine by colors as weel pinks purples yellows greens blues and so on

like, you would never think of putting chrome yellow and electric eel with da bling if you didnt.

At first I grouped them by color...now it's pretty much in the order that I buy them. *shrugs* Maybe one day I'll buy some extra palletes and do some rearranging.

I organize them by color too. so that way i can know which palette has what color. or else i would be lost
