I can't see my posts?

I feel so stupid having to ask this, but for the life of me, I can't figure it out!

I can see my post about my CCO haul, but I don't see my post in the Welcome section. Just now, I responded in a thread about Fyrinnae, but it's not on there.

Are new members' posts put on hold until cleared by admin, or a mod, or am I just lost?

Have you tried refreshing the page to see it? It happens to me as well just recently but after I click on the refresh button or Ctrl+F5 (after I posted), I can see my new post(s).

You need to press F5 in order to see your post and other people's psost when you click on a thread.
