It's hard to tell just from this picture. I would definitely ask for more pictures, such as top of that box, and bottom of the pigment.

ITA with MACATTAK, this is too hard to tell from these pics alone. I personally am usually dubious of Azreal Blue from most sellers because it is one of the "popular" fake colours and there are so many of them about. Ask for more pics
