ittty bitty but needed "haul"

I live in WA and the weather doesn't treat my skin so nicely! So I bought the Studio Moisture Cream!! If any of you have suggestions as to any other items that would help the flakiness go away it'd be great!!

Also a new foundation pump because I forever feel like i'm wasting it when I pour some on the back of my hand!

There is nothing wrong with a small haul, those things are great! Have you tried exfoliating to make the flakies go away?

This. Try rubbing your face with a wet washcloth after cleansing. This has helped me a lot with my dry skin issues.
