Hi everyone, I am now on my 3 and final stage of the MAC interview process, I have to do a makeup demo then another interview straight after in a few days tine! The manager told me I have to create a natural look and turn it into an evening look. The problem I have is I am fine with applying makeup, but when it comes to 'explaining what i'm doing i'm absolute rubbish at that'...anyway i've read sooo many helpful threads on here but they're a bit old now, If anyone can give me advice on how to explain a look, what they look for in general, they're sanitizing methods, the questions they ask you after the demo and any other useful tips aswell. Thanks
