nars blush recommendation for nc40/42 skin

I don't currently own any nars blushes, and I was looking into Albatross as a highlighter. What other blushes would you guys recommend for my skin tone? I'm not too crazy about shimmer. Also, do you think laguna would be a good bronzer for me? And does nars make any shades suitable for contouring? Thanks.

I'm NC40 and I loved NARS blushes before I realized they broke me out. I think I'm rare though, I never heard anyone else say that.

Anyway -- I'm not too up to date on the newer collection blushes, but I loved Sin, Torrid, Exhibit A, Outlaw and Matahari alot.

The Dolce Vita blush looks nice too but I never owned it.

Oh You need Sin, Torrid, Lovejoy, Mata Hari, Cactus Flower (Cream Blush but soooooo beautiful!) Gina and or Gilda! There are TONS!!!!

I'll vote for mounia and exhibit A. They are really pigmented and bright but with fan brush, you sure could apply just a whisper of these colors and look like you've just spend your day out in the sun. And besides, since Nars is a bit on the high end side, you don't want to find the dupes of what you have in the drugstore or similar with what you already have? Happy shopping!

I like outlaw and orgasm. I would love to add Torrid to my collection as well.

Crazed would be my #1 choice. Next would be Outlaw and Lovejoy. Casino bronzer.

I recommend starting out with a blush duo. You get a good amount of product for a reasonable price.

Sephora carries a few duos, NARS.com sells several more duo combinations (Orgasm/Albatross, Orgasm/Laguna, Sin/Casino, etc)

Albatross is a beautiful highlighter and it's not too shimmery.. Sin is a beautiful color, especially for tanned, olive or darker skin

although pretty much anybody can wear it

I'm an nc25 and i have mounia and crazed, both of which look good when applied very very very lightly. They look great on dark skin fotd's that i've seen, esp. nc's.

i went to go buy outlaw today and sephora told me that they don't carry it anymore?!?!?!!? she says that blush might just be discontinued from the line! has any of you heard this? i really wanted that blush but I ended up getting sin instead. i hope its not discontinued :| atleasst not before i get my hands on it! lol i think i shud visit a separate NARS counter and check if they have it.
