Need help! Fake or Real 182 Kabuki!

Ok I found this awesome deal for the mac 182 kabuki brush which seems to good to be true, so before bidding I wanted to get your guys thoughts! I know buying Mac on ebay is really risky and bad! Please help me!

I can't tell from the pic if it is fake or not, because these are pretty easy to fake. However I would be very skeptical because the advertisment says that they are BNIB when the pictured kabuki has very obviously been used (notice the partially rubbed-off logo).

If you look at the other things in the seller's feedback you will see the fake MAC 8 pc brush sets as well as the 12 colour eyeshadow palettes. Given that I would say that it is definitely a fake. Not to mention the fact that the price is way too low to be a real one.

if theres one thing ive learned about shopping on ebay it has to be dont by any high end brands from there - espically MAC, no matter how convincing!

Those photos are so grainy and poor that I wouldn't do it, personally. I want a good picture of what I'm swapping for.
