All I know is the "reflects" are much more finely milled than the other types. :C

Reflects are more finely milled and they are all a bit translucent at least. That's why they have amazing results with different colors as a base. Black or really dark being awesome with those.
3D are the bigger one.. almost 3D shaped-look-alike, very sparkly and not subtle. *edit: even if they are say: gold, you can still see the whole color spectrum sparkling from it as it moves*
Crystaled looks like an older version of less perfected 'reflects' glitter, they are bigger and tend to not be color enhanced by dark base, or at least not as much as reflects. Some shade are still gorgeous tho. (and they are quite translucent too.)
Regular are .. what they say. Regular opaque not so big but not so fine glitters.
