Pro Palette Question

I did a search for this in the forum but I couldn't find anything. I may not have tried the right combination of words, so I apologize if this has already been asked.
The only MAC counter I have near me is in a Macy's. So I can't by a 15 Pro Palette and the eyeshadow refills there, right? The way I understand it, they only sell those products either online or in the freestanding stores. I may be wrong, but I know that you all will know for sure. Thanks for any help!
