I don't know if this has been answered before, so I'm sorry. I live a few hours away from the closest MAC store, so I tend to order online. I am always completely happy with my choices until now. I ordered a lustreglass I just cannot get to work for me. I'd prefer to exchange it rather than ship it back for a return. I'm going to a city with a MAC store and want to exchange it there, after being able to try on a couple colors. Is this acceptable or do I need to go through the website because that's where I bought it? Thanks so much.
