Reputation

What is the little button on the very bottom of your profile to add to some one's reputation?

And the little colored bubbles under the Thanks section, what do they mean?

The reputation was previously used in place of the thanks feature, but we now have the thanks feature and the reputation feature might be changing. Right now, it's fairly arbitrary.

The colored bubbles are indicative of reputation.
