The only thing that seems to work for me is Aveda's balancing infusion salicylic acne treatment...it's an oil in a small amber vial.

tea tree oil or i use an antiseptic cream like savlon because i find it stops the bacteria spreading and helps reduce redness

I love Origins Spot Remover. I've been using it since I was 12 years old and haven't found anything I liked better!

I use and like Clean & Clear Persagel-10, but I've heard nothing but good things about Origins Spot Remover. I think I'm going to try it the next time I need a spot treatment.

idk if this is meant as a spot treatment, but the only thing that has significantly improved my acne is differin. At first I applied a thin layer but now if I get a zit I can just use it as a spot treatment. It is prescription only but if you have bad acne it may be worth it.
