Tell me about your sales coordinators...

What do you like & not like? I've been out of department stores for years... I've been managing strands of cosmetics boutiques. Tomorrow I am interviewing for a sales coordinator position with Benefit and am getting more nervous than I usually do.

I'd do a search for Benefit in this forum, I haven't been hearing too many people who have been happy with their employment with that company. =/
