I think vendor support really depends on the relationship your store has with it's vendor. I've seen vendors send in support and the artist won't have any bookings so they stop sending them. Has anyone asked for support? Is your AE even aware of these events? Talk to your AE about the options. Was it something that happened in the past or a payroll issue? Ask them what you need to do to get the support at your counter. I have a season planning meeting with my AE and we plan out our events and what support is needed.
