What is the disc. carry all everyone is talking about?

The first two shots are of the interiors. It is kind of hard to tell what they look like, as they are full, but that is the best I could do. One of them is lined with something purple for the shot, but they are black on the inside. The last shot is an exterior shot. It is on the bottom right.
