What's MAC NW30 in Nars Sheer Glow foundation?? Help!!

I've just been matched to the Mac shade NW30 in their pro longwear spf 10 foundation and am wanting find out what my shade is in the Nars sheer glow foundation?? can't seem to find the answer anywhere!!

Swatches of SG here... http://karlasugar.net/2009/10/nars-sheer-glow-foundation/ I think if you're PLW NW30, you'd definitely be in the medium shades of SG. Not sure which one specifically, though.
