I bit the bullet and bought Le Weekend de Chanel today. I can't wait to try it. I also got very generous samples of Le Jour and La Nuit.

Samples of the entire range are available with any (I think, not specifically Chanel) beauty purchase on Nordstrom online. I still can't make up my mind about the weekend serum/lotion...I picked up two more samples :p :D

There is a new Hydramax spray mist at my counter. The MA said this is not replacing the Beauty Initial spray, which will still be available. I sniffed the Hydramax spray and it feels very similar to BI. I have BI and love the scent and the mist comes out very fine, almost cloud like on my face. The spray is very pricey but other facial sprays always feel like big random droplets landing on me. http://tablet.chanel.com/en_SG/fragrance-beauty/Skincare-Serums-Concentrate-HYDRA-BEAUTY-ESSENCE-MIST-153025

Your skin is apparently 100% opposite to mine. I've had an allergic reaction to every Chanel skin care product I've ever tried. The cosmetics don't bother me, but I can't touch their skin care. I don't enjoy the heavily scented bits anyway, but I don't think that's what's bothering me, because I've not had any problem with Guerlain and theirs can get even worse. Strangely, I've not had any problems with any of their makeup (although I haven't tried a foundation or concealer).
Me to oddly I order from chanel and I didn't get this little box wish I did lol. I tried chanel skin creme foam from last year I had a bad breakout I'm wanting to try these hopefully I can get my hands on some samples to test out first

If you order any Chanel from Nordstrom right now you can choose 3 Chanel samples and these new skincare items are among the choices.

I'm trying out the Le Jour and I like the consistency and how it melts into the skin and doesn't leave any residue. I'll more than likely buy the full size and use it in place of the Le Blanc Serum which I'm no longer happy with.

I have now tried all 3 new pieces. I love Le Weekend and Le Noir. I did not care for Le Jour at all.

I received samples of Le Weekend and Le Jour. Out of the two I think I prefer weekend more, I love how velvety my face feels after my skin's absorbed it. Such a nice feeling. Not sure if I'm going to buckle down and purchase quite yet. I'm still in love with my shiseido products and I know for sure shiseido doesn't break me out!

I have the 3 samples as well - I know one of them does not have alcohol which I believe is la jour - I will not do alcohol on my face at all - does anyone know which one is w/o the alcohol? thanks!!

Le Jour has alcohol but I absolutely love it and bought the full size.

Le Weekend was okay but don't like it enough to buy it.

I don't need a night cream so not interested in buying La Nuit.

Monsy posted the ingredients on page 1 of this thread. They actually all have alcohol and the Weekend one also has glycolic acid.

Le Lift will be out soon. The texture fine is oil free. They all sound really nice! Chanel isn't making anymore of the Lift Day & Night creams.

I could not read from my phone, the SA at a C boutique told me one did not have alcohol, unreal - one would think they would be better trained than at a dept store! thanks so much for info, glad I know before I bought!

Going to order full size bottle of le weekend it's so amazing love it
are you still liking it?

I do not like day one, it has gel texture and does nothing for my skin. Night one is nice, slightly too thick and it's kind of stinging my skin a little bit as soon as i apply it. Still haven't tried weekend

I've been testing/using one of the 3 NEW Le Lift Creme & so far I really LOVE it. I'm using the Creme Fine which is very very light weight & oil free. It makes the texture of the skin insanely smooth to the touch. Then there is Creme & Creme Rich

All of the Le Lift cremes are paraben free. The creme fine & creme contain alcohol. The creme riche uses fatty alcohol (non drying). They also contain vitamin e, arginine, meadowfoam seed oil (creme & creme riche only) The riche has the best formula. Only issue is that is wont help acne.
