Thanks for sharing! So many options... this sounds verrrry promising. Will wait for reviews. Still trying out my little samples of the velvet foundation. I can't keep up  haha

Yes it does sound very interesting. It kind of reminds me of that revlon loose powder that when you apply on skin feels cooling and wet

Yes, this just made me think of prescriptives magic powder! Hopefully it's a high tech improved version of the liquid -powder hybrid. I know I used that powder ages ago, but I don't recall whether I liked it :)

I've seen a tester of it and it was so fine and smooth, like a veil of dust from pearls. When I swatched it seemed like a loose powder version of Vitalumiere Compact Douceur and similarly gives a lovely radiant look. The brush is so cute it's like a mini les beiges version kabuki brush

Seems that this has launched at my counters but I haven't gone down to look at it yet. I think the skin needs to be very good if anyone is just wearing it. I wonder if it will emphasize pores.

I purchased it today ( 10 ) I will try and report :) " a soft halo of light revives the radiance of dull and tired complexions. This innovation is based on a new génération of high définition light pigments that make it possible to capture and diffuse softer light that is more flattering for the complexion . The smooth and transparent appearance of the Mica powder optimises light reflection for a natural satiny effect " SPF 15 The leaflet excerpts :)

My first impressions : the texture is extremely silky and smooth, very finely milled. I swatched it on my hand ( which is sun friendly ^^ my face is paler ), I love, love the texture ! The Kabuki is very smooth too. Honestly I never watch the reviews, I knew it would be a must-have for me. I will try it on my face tomorrow it's dark here, the weather is awful so the pics are in artificial lighting.

i am curious to hear how does it work on it's own coverage wise
also how does it work on top of other liquid foundations

Quote: Chanel Vitalumière Loose Powder Foundation SPF15, $79: A powder foundation unlike any other, this formula goes on like a powder yet offers the finish of a fluid foundation (read: undetectable, second-skin effect). The formula has a medium-coverage, soft-focus finish that blurs imperfections and leaves the complexion with a healthy, luminous glow. The genius packaging keeps everything tidy and for a luxurious bonus, the included mini kabuki brush is the perfect application essential. Available September 1 at Hudson’s Bay.

I will try it tomorrow :)
