I swung by one of the Chanel counters today (didn't buy anything, tho) and I saw several Vamp Le Vernis' sitting in the display. I didn't ask, but think it might be back for good!

Konan is limping around to get his steak cubes

so he is evidently much better but is putting on his K show

for more ISaCubes and SteakyCubes..lol. Funny but your Riley looks almost like the Konan.. except Konan has a white muzzle cause he is getting on in years. The little one is now on antibiotics because he got something in his huge eyes and it got infected.. did I not say that when it rains it pours? grrr.. I do feel like I am losing it sometimes.

But we plod on.. making plans and getting things in order

I might have some news by next week

Just talked with Chanel NY - NOPE - they can't get us the Pink Cloud

She said maybe they could be purchased at an airport

I think I've missed some part of the conversation but, is Pink Cloud discontinued? Was it from a collection? (remember I am a newbie

). Maybe I could ask at my Chanel counter to check if they still have it, since we use to have a lot of "sold out" products around for a while.

Oops, so sorry dear! Its an Asia exclusive blush - however, I am not sure where all it was sold - just not the USA

Briefly back....Michelle, I am thinking of you and your family this week!

Boo on the Pink Clouds!! Thank you for checking for us.....and I too love the pink clouds vs dark clouds!!

Maybe it will roll around again like the Boutons de Chanel did - it was available in Europe and then made its way to the Nordstrom Anniversary sale....but I won't hold my breath. I should find out if anyone from my team will be going to Asia in the next couple of months - perhaps they wouldn't mind picking up a couple. Where there's a will, there's a way.

ISa - the ISacubes are now a frequent treat, hand-fed of course. VERY spoiled dogs indeed!

Yes, Fatale is a deeper cherry red, but I do not think Éxes is orange. To me it looks like a real, medium red.
I have some swatches of it in the swatch thread.

I just bought another eyeliner. I couldn't help myself. I got one of the new ones that came out with the new Inimitable mascara. I also got another inimitable, but the old one. So, so happy. I had been using L'Oreal voluminous which was good, but putting Chanel on my lashes again made me appreciate it even more!

Anyway, the liner I bought is the Grey one (they call it Gris, I believe). It's #35 and I love it. Grey is one of my favorite colors. Can't wait to rock it. I really love the promo image for that collection. I'm thinking I'll buy a shadow duo. I have yet to buy a Chanel shadow.

Yeah, I'm going to end up getting the new one, as well. I also think I need to buy another Pink Teaser glossimer b/c I can't find it anywhere! It's my favorite one.

ok peeps...I am so determined to get us Pink Cloud

So, I do have this slight business connection in Thailand. I emailed to see if they knew anything about Chanel, gave them the name of the blush. I got an email back just a bit ago saying that she goes to the mall all the time & is going to check to see if she can get it.

She told me how she thought it was funny how there, everyone uses these whitening creams etc. on their skin & in the states everyone is into tanning their skin

I will let you know what she finds out. She is so darn reputable, sweet & smart - fyi
