I have the option of hitting up Nordie's this weekend, so I'm gonna take it. I really wanted to go to Burberry to check out the cosmetics, but the boutique doesn't have it, so to Nordie's it is! I'm going to ask the Chanel counter if they know anything about the Soho release, and I will report back!

Forgive me if someone has already mentioned that Teheran is back on the chanel.com site - I tried to order it but apparently it's backordered until May of next year - though I can't tell if that's the case. It doesn't say 'backorder', it says 'place in bag' but when I look at my bag the backorder message is there......

Does anyone have that color, and if so, what do you think? A must-have?

Got my Emotive & Khaki Rose np

ok, I am a little disappointed that the KR isn't a bit more rose

It looked like it in every pic.

I love the pretty Raspberry Emotive

And, on the Pink Cloud blush - my contact finally got back with me - $65 plus shipping. This is the Thailand contact. Soo.. still pretty pricey. She warned me that their prices are high

And I just have to tell you guys my newest makeup find that I am TOTALLY in Love with. Kim K. was on the Allure cover - I bought all three listed products that they used on her on the cover

Its weird because I never order a new product sight unseen from a company that I don't buy from (Fusion), but boy am I in love. Its so soft, feminine but sophisticated looking.

Khaki Rose is more brown than rose, I'd say. Next to Khaki Vert, it does look quite pink, though.

Hehe, yeah, I picked up "Grandma" from nail blogger Scrangie. Not that there's anything wrong with rosy polishes, but they have a tendency to look a bit dated...and like something my grandma wears. Chanel, somehow, has managed to put out pretty pink, non-grandma polishes. I can't think of one that isn't pretty, and something I would wear.

Khaki Rose is really pretty on. If you have a peachy-pink skintone, that helps to bring out the rosiness of the polish.

I have it but truthfully have worn it only once, through no fault of the lipstick, just sort of forgot about it. Will swatch it for you next to whatever I have that might be familiar as a reference tomorrow, provided we have a sunny day.

I don't have Rose Confidentiel, yet...it's on my hit list, though. Mauve creams just bring to my mind the decor of the 80's, pink plush carpeting and country rose couches. Perhaps because I lean toward edgier colors, I'm biased toward mauves, but I don't mean any offense to those who do like and prefer that color.
