We're incredibly relieved and somewhat annoyed (such a long wait with nothing but doom and gloom talk from the doctors, blah!), but more than anything just plain happy. We can easily handle a little annoyance at this point, for sure...it's about a million times better than a different outcome!

Chanel related: I've decided to pass on the gorgeous holiday quad. While I really do love it, I can find a way to create a close enough look with what I already own. If the darkest shade were a single e/s I'd be ALL over it, that one is stunning. Oh well, the Spring collection looks fabulous beyond words and I need my pennies for that!

It happens, and it frustrates us patients greatly. I feel sometimes the right diagnosis takes a bit of trial and error and luck. I'm pleased to hear that there are quite a lot of gluten free food available! And changing your diet too is going to be very encouraging for your husband!

Hey ladies... hope everyone is doing well.

As I was putting on my eyeshadow this morning, (Chanel of course!), I got to thinking that we have not heard from Eugenia or Cheryl lately. I really hope they're both okay.

I have been so busy lately, still unpacking (not much time during the week between work/kids), so my weekends have been endless house work! We're still trying to figure what goes where, what we need, especially in terms of storage and also keeping the house clean. And we're still camping out in the family room, lol! Our furniture isn't due to arrive for another two weeks! The whole process has definitely made me a lot more selective with my make-up purchases! I am still contemplating the Misty Soft duo though, especially with the cold weather we've been hit with over the last few days.

Yeah unpacking is so much work! I haven't bought any of the duos yet, and with Delicat-Taupe being repromoted in the holiday collection at my counter (instead of Misty-Soft, I don't know why), I'm tempted by it again.

I wonder how Cheryl and Eugenia are too. Hope they are fine!

Un-packing is such a pain in the butt, well moving in general really! I hope things get more settled for all of you soon...although I have to say the camping out sounds like lots of fun. Before you know it, day by day, you'll be all moved in with all of your make-up at your fingertips and everything where it needs to be.

I've been seriously thinking about picking up the Misty-Soft Duo myself. I love how the Taupe-Delicat Duo makes such a pretty eye super quickly, and I'd love that same effect in another color combo. If you get it, let us know what you think!

I'm quite stressed at work too, but I must learn to manage it and not stress myself over uncontrollable things.

Michelle, we all have days like that! Believe me, I have them more than I would like to, especially when my little angels act like Thing 1 and Thing 2!

The way I see it, it'd be worse to bottle it up inside and let it fester, lol!

Yes we all have those days. I'm on day 5 of a 21 day crazy detox diet so I'm waiting to have a total breakdown at any moment LOL. So far so good though. I think I'm going to need to reward myself with clothes after though instead of Chanel cosmetics ;-)

And yes where are our missing Chanel buddies? It does get concerning when people disappear for a while. Please pop in the General chat just to say Hi even if life is crazy

We all have those breakdown days, it's totally normal and healthy! I think women have the tendency to carry around more "stuff" than men and we need that breakdown every once in a while to remain sane and release some stress. Shopping is always an awesome release for me, as is baking something sweet or taking a hot bubble bath with a LUSH product!

Somehow a warm cookie right out of the oven makes everything a bit better.

Speaking of shopping...my big box of goodies from Sephora's F&F arrived! I can't wait to play with everything, it's like a mini-Christmas!
