Chanel.com just cancelled my whole orde for no reason. Am reordering now. Frustrating.

I'm curious about the eye quad-- as a cool neutral treatment of usually warm colors. As well as the Essentielle with the lighter concealer and rosier cream blush. It's something I would keep in my purse for reapplication of concealer and blush. But I get a feeling that this is not that well-liked a product. I don't see any raves about it.

The last time I was at a counter, I tried one of the essentialle palettes. It was the correct shade of concealer for me and the other shades are very pretty so I picked it up. I keep it in my purse and have used it a few times to touch up or even when running late. It works well. It’s nice if the colors work for you. I think it’s easy and handy to use.

I wasn't able to backorder as they wouldn't accept Paypal however as luck would have it I stopped by my Chanel boutique and enquired. They had stock (no testers yet) so I got the powder "thingy" and a second tweed blush which is so gorgeous that I couldn't wait for my US order containing the very same tweed blush and nail polish. I'll test them out tomorrow hopefully!
