So have I. But Chanel, according to CS, is not "set up" for a signature request with UPS. And they will repeat that fact over and over. Honestly, for my location priority mail is best.

Wow, how many backorders are they taking? It's been listed that way for a long time.
I feel so blessed that I live in a quaint little town where I could leave my packages sitting outside all day & night & they would still be there the next day. I am happy that all the carriers put our packages inside our garage. The only time they are left outside is if there is a new person.

Yes, I’ve had packages arrive while we were on vacation and they sit there with no problem. But I always get nervous that could always change.

That's good! Yes, I always worry too. We also put a camera in our garage with motion sensors that alert hubs phone whenever someone walks in which is handy. It's awful to see those videos of porch pirates
When I see those, I always tell hubs...I would chase those thugs down! lol He says,... yes you would

it really depends on your driver too. 99% of time if it's my amazing regular driver i sign even tho it is not requested

Lol! My driver leaves all sorts of stuff that is supposed to be signed without signing if I’m not home. One time even fed/ex left booze at the door without anyone signing for it. Come to think of it, even DHL left a package that was supposed to be signed for without anyone signing.

When I'm in the country they do that too. But when they do it in New York City-- not so good.
Fortunately, it arrived this AM. And I have opened the items. I love the Palette Essentielle. The slightly lighter concealer color looks perfect and the rose blush color is so pretty. I also like the new eye palette. This really has the feel of an Asian exclusive item even though it isn't. Both the green and the apricot colors are a touch more pastel than they look in photographs. I feel this will work as an overall lid shade best for pale to light-medium. Have not swatched yet but here's a photo.

I asked this on a chat with the Chanel site. She said it means they are awaiting stock in 2-3 weeks to fulfill the order. Hope that's true! Mine is also "on hold."
