It's a highlighter (shaping cream), thus I'm pretty sure it won't be too dark for you (but maybe too light).
I know what it is, but the shade on the site aren't always accurate. I know the Accentuate powder was too light for me right now, but perfect when my skin is much lighter (NC20-25). If Naturally Defined is darker than Accentuate but not a lot darker, then it's ok but if it's darker than let's say NC35 then it might be too similar to my skintone which isn't good to highlight.

Oh ok. I thought you wanted to use it as a contour/sculpter.

I'm NC30-35... which shade should I get to contour? I have PS in my cart. ??? I hate not being able to use my PRO discount at a store near me. It's always such a gamble trying to do this sight unseen!

I would really check these out in store (and then proceed to online ordering to use your discount). You want to be sure it matches and blend well with your skin.

I'd say PS is too pink as a highlighter and too light as a contour for NC35. RH is more neutral than CB if you want to contour. I mix it with the m/m in Shine as it is insanely pigmented, but it blends like a charm. I'd stay clear from CW if you have strong yellow undertones as it might turn out green.

I put in a preorder with Nordies last week. I ordered:

Richly Honed sculpting cream - the texture is nothing like the cremeblend blushed IMO, I liked that it dried down to a powder finish.
Beaming and Deeply Dashing pressed pigments - very pretty, but also very glittery

No, I don't use that anymore since my cheeks are already well defined, I tried and it made me look like I was ill or very skinny. However, I love highlighter, I can't get enought of that glowy look on my cheeks!

Thank you so much for the swatches! Do you think you will use them more on the eyes or as cheek highlighters?
I haven't had a chance to play with them that much yet, but for a first impression - I think they would be most appropriate to use on the eyes. But what I'm gonna try next is, to use them wet as a highlighter :) hopefully they will give a nice luminous glow on the skin

I am going down to the store today to check these out. I dont know what colours I want of the sculpting products. I am NW15/20 and I want to get something to compliment my skin tone really well.

I have the brush aside already at Pro, cant wait to get that

Thanks for the help! I really should go in-store and check these out... But I ONLY do that when I can purchase in the store. I know I shouldn't feel like I HAVE to buy in the store to check things out, but if a MUA takes the time to help me match a product and try it, I can NEVER walk out and then purchase online to get my discount. Which I honestly don't mind doing at all... getting the right product is better than buying 2 or more with a discount that end up not working. I don't return things that don't work. So the discount becomes pointless once I end up with multiple things that don't work for me anyways! However, with my new job that has me so insanely busy.... I will take a chance on CB. RH looks so dark in the online swatch... it has me nervous. So the ONLY choice left is CB. Crossing my fingers it will work!
I appreciate the thorough breakdown Mac-Guy! I hope I am making the right choice!! Do you think ND would be a good highlight shade for me then?

Even though I want to snatch it as soon as it goes online, I may have to wait to go into the store to see the Pro Sculpting Creams because as an NC50, I'm not quite sure which one to get.

Yes, it's dark, but it's more neutral than CB, which was uber warm. In any case, you can tone those down if they are too dark. I'm NW20 and RH is just fine, but I only need a tiny amount.

Regarding the shaping cream: you need to test them. They are not a highlighter in a traditional sense as they are supposed to match your skin. So getting the wrong one makes it a wasted product (at least as a highlighter), though if you get the wrong color by any chance, you can always use it for the eyes or lips.
