International policies differ from US policies, but in the US all perm and LE lipsticks in regular black packaging (and small shadows and lipglasses at freestanding stores) are B2M-able.

Wow thats great. In Spain and Germany you just can B2M for perm. lipsticks.

Then it sounds like you should be able to B2M for these since they are perm (at least for the US)

I use ELF lip lock around the edges of my lips and I've never had any problems with bleeding. Its only $3 and ELF runs a lot of promotions on their website so l stocked up when it was 50% off.

This is great to know. Tx Yakusoku. I need to get myself this. I always seem to have light bleeding around the sides of my lips. No matter if I use lipliner or not.

My wish is for a retro matte in the same tone as Offshoot, Glamour Daze or Party Line. I have a few MLBB shades in the Cremesheen formula I love but would love to see the same in a retro matte...

I really hope that's true because PaPa is one of my fav lippies and I only got one bu.
