That stinks. I remember someone else posted that CS told them they'd be able to get the lipsticks when they come back in the fall since they missed out this time. So lame about the inconsistencies.

I saw that also ! It was an email from a Mac Representative so I believe that over what people write on Instagram

This is such a beautiful color! I don't wear dark lippies a lot but if this is TTT I will rock it!

Unfortunately this sounds like a BS response used to try to pacify customers that got screwed over.

I subsequently caved and got Heaux on ebay. Yeah, the price was inflated and I am encouraging scalping, but it was worth it to not worry about the waiting room crap. Plus, it looked so damn good on all you ladies posting LOTD--enablers!

Have no idea but wouldnt be surprised if they had a policy. But then again with every collection, every mac store gave different stories so one store may and the other may not.

I know my local mac doesn't hold anything when it's so exclusive. They told me that when fashion sets released.

Im really debating about buying it on ebay. Im already watching a couple of ones.

I will have to prep my Nordstrom SA for this release. She has come through on everything MAC I've ever asked of her (pre-release) and she doesn't even work at that counter. If I give her a few weeks notice that this will be a $hitshow I have faith she'll work it out.
