MAC Alluring Aquatic Collection (May 22, 2014)

I got Siren Song, Water Deities, Clear Water and Silver Sun because I wanted SOMETHING, and I do like those, but when I woke up all the stuff I really wanted was gone (all the other lipsticks and both blushes). But it's okay, I had been debating whether to get just one or two lipsticks and only one of the blushes, but now that I see how heartbroken I was when I saw what sold out, I know which makeup my HEART wants. And it wants almost all of it. So I will shop right when it comes out at Nordies. Also, I have a final tomorrow, so it's probably a GOOD thing I didn't stalk tonight, I have nothing but a dentist appointment on the 20th, so I can stalk all freaking night. I should have looked at your time frame on HERE though.

I do have a good relationship with their manager, and she holds things for me each collection, but for same day/morning pick up due to issues with other MUAs selling stuff that's held. I've got to go in to pick up my Maleficent hold in a bit, so I will see what she says then.

I might do that and then try to get a second one from that store off the interstate, just in case something happens to the one here.

Thank you all for the advice. I normally don't lose it over makeup, but I have had a really terrible week to begin with.

I just was staring at the EDES page, hoping LL would be in stock and I realized that the description says these last "up to 6 hours"... Um, MAC? For eye shadow, 6 hours is not good. Just sayin. Fortunately, I always use a base and these last all day with a base.

You can either call or do it online on ups webiste with the tracking number. You have to create an account. I think it's like 3$ charge

Sadly to say i don't think there is much MAC can do about it I mean if the people are paying for the products fair and square (though they might be cheating the system some home when ordering) Mac I don't think can do too much after it leaves them but ebay on the other hand could because it's kinda like buying sports tickets then selling them at the gate day of the game for a way high price it's illegal so I don't see why it wouldn't be illegal on ebay but they choose not to do anything about it.

Same here. I was debating on so many things, going back and forth constantly, totally unsure of the blushes since I have enough and definitely have similar shades. I was bummed out that Pet Me, Please is sold out, but I'll just try to get it from Nordstrom online when it releases. I don't live near a MAC store or anywhere that sells MAC except a CCO that is 30 minutes away; everything else is a two hour drive, so I don't have many opportunities to get it in person (it doesn't mean THAT much to me to drive two hours, that's for sure). Actually when everything sold out it made me realize that my most coveted item was Water Deities!

Yup. Think these MAC launches are bad, try buying Beyonce tickets. Tickets sold out before the page can finish loading

I'm still mad about it.
