Any update on the 15 pan Nordstrom exclusive palette? I checked online and didn't see anything. Thanks.
The Nordstrom exclusive palette was at Nordstrom's on Thursday. It's nude-ish, but has a few muted colors as well. It was quite nice. I'm sorry i didn't snap a pic.

(ETA: aha! i see it was posted already - finally catching up with the thread)

I purchased my first MAC eyeshadows today! I bought the X15 cool neutral. Is this a good starter palette? I have the TARTELETTE palette by tarte cosmetics. I feel like I don't need both...or do I? Lil help please, it would be much appreciated! ... I also looked at the X9 shadows, don't know which one to get...

You do need both. They are very different. FInish and color wise

I absolutely love MAC eyeshadows and this is a fantastic palette so start off with. It is a great go to palette for everyday use.

I am really loving MAC shadows as well. This palette has a nice color range, as well as a great variety of finishes! Daytime and evening looks can be created with this baby! I really want the warm one too, but I feel as though I own many of those types of shades already... I may just get a custom duo or quad of warm transitional shades, that would be perfect to pair with the cool neutral palette :)

Caved and got the purple palette today. So far swatching over primer every color but Poignant was pretty nice. Poignant was buildable so it's not a bad shade what so ever to me. The only downside I see is the Poignant, Lightly Sugared and Mancatcher are very similar in color the only difference is Poignant is satin and Lightly Sugared is pinker but that's on my skin tone.

Haha Oh trust me I was tempted to get it but I already have like 4 of the shaded so wasn't worth it right now....at least that's what I'm telling myself.

Great swatches. That purple on the centre right side is my fave.

I'm taking the cool toned palette back and buying this instead! (I'm finding that some of the shades in the cool neutral palette are wonderful, while others are not as pigmented.) It's 50/50, and for 85 dollars, I want to LOVE at least 90% of the product! Does anyone know if the Nordstrom MAC palette is in store only or will it be online as well?

Lol! I was gonna purchase this one but I have way too many of those colours already. You can check and see if the less pigmented eyeshadows are lustres. Those generally have that characteristic and everyone I know stays away from them!
