We’ve once again redefined the perfect match, thanks to the new Matchmaster Shade Intelligence Compact. This seemingly undetectable foundation provides coverage that reveals rather than conceals your undertone. Its innovative cushion compact and sheer liquid formula with our breakthrough Shade Intelligence Technology lends true-to-life shade perfection and coverage, while letting your natural skin show through. Its cutting-edge delivery system allows the formula to be released in a superfine layer, providing a natural finish and sheer to medium buildable coverage.

yeah unfortunately for me.. I only like the regular handles on their brushes :( I would love to have gotten the brush but now I don't think I will

So excited to see this up but I have no idea about my shade with this system. I guess I'll have to wait for it to come to stores.

I like the Lancôme version of this foundation and will try MAC's. The brush is a short handle brush and I need to see it in action to be fully convinced.

The brush is tiny, but cute. The head is also thin. I thought it would be wider. The lady tried to convince me 7.5 would work, but it is too orange. She couldn't find the testers for me to try 6 or 7.

Does the product come with a sponge? I used the Lancome one with a sponge and never tried a brush. I'm curious about it.

oh wow, Just proves to me the MUA was wrong to start out with 8 and 7.5. Can't wait to here you thoughts.

Here is the problem with me though. I always think I'm darker than I really am. I tried the 5 on the side of my face yesterday and it looked light to me. I didn't do a full face though. I tried the 6 on the other side and I wasn't quite sure about it. The SA said the 5 disappeared into my skin. I decided to wait but I will probably get the five. They didn't have brush to try out. I just don't really understand the brush. The Lancome foundation comes with a sponge. I do the stippling with it. I can't see stippling with this type of brush. I'll probably buy both pretty soon but a few other things were turning my head. I've really been liking the Waterweight so I figured it could wait.

I just saw the concealers. Are these new? I used to have stick concealers from Mac but I believe they were discontinued. Is this a new formula? What is it like?

they are not so new. they were released in the 2015. i think there is another thread for matchmaster concealerslancome cushion is best applied when sponge is pressed onto the skin without much blending.

Yes. I like that application for the Lancome one. I asked the MA about a sponge but she said it would absorb too much product. But now that I think of it, she kept having to ask the other MA every time I asked her something so maybe she was a newbie. I still don't know if it comes with a sponge. Supposedly the one that comes with the Lancome is a special one. I also wonder if the other new flat top foundation brush that came out with the waterweight foundation would work nicely with this product.
