I will probably pick up 3-4 of these. The purples and a red or pink. But the price...$24. It is high for a MAC lip product. But considering the YSL glossy stains go for about $34, I guess it's not that bad. I guess the price decreases on the perm line eye shadows make up for it.....

Hmm... I'm interested in more of these than I would have thought. I'd definitely check out Long Distance Relationship and Constant Craving for starters. I'm also curious about Always & Forever.

I don't like matte lipsticks anymore. I find them way too drying, so these spark my curiosity... But I think I will try them once there are swatches and reviews out there and I can see how other people like them.

I agree with everyone who has said MAC is falling behind. I started buying MAC in 1996, and the brand was so innovative back then! I used to come in and buy entire collections, now I pick and choose what to buy.

^^^^^While I love how everyone else is rocking these matte & liquid lippies  Sexy mamas!!! I cannot pull it off :( My lips dry out & chap in a hot minute! Even Bite bit it for me...So I'm holding out for Lancome's Shakers & maybe these once they come out & reviews pop up. ;)

Even with P+P Lip? I had given up all hope untill I tried P+P Lip. I still can't wear Retro Mattes, Liquid Lipsticks and other die hard matte formulas but at least I can wear MAC matte lippies.

I hear you! Matte lipsticks feel like a concrete layer on my lips! So dry. I need lots and lots of lip balm after wearing a matte, even for 10 minutes. I'm interested in some of these!

I have & still do use P&P occasionally, but like Monsy it does little more than keep colour from staining my lips & maybe make application last a bit longer. I've added Aquaphor balm to my regimen and my has that helped. Shelly suggested Reve de Miel and I've yet to try that.

Monsy I took a chance on Lancôme & bought a Gloss in Love & Shine Lover Lipstick. I love them both! No chapping, peeling or irritation! Yay no more corpse lips!!!

Anyone have ingredients? I am allergic to gluten, nuts/peanuts, lately Mac is putting sweet almond oil in there lip products. Great for some, but not for me! Not good when you can't breath and need an Epi-pen, Mac 's reps aren't as nice and friendly, informative as they used to be. That's when calling the 1-800 #'s it not so easy returning products you are allergic to!

Damn! I can imagine how serious that is. I've had some reactions to lip products that have lasted a few days but nothing that serious! I hope someone posts the ingredients soon.

I am so glad you liked lancome!!

nuxe reve de miel I hated so much it ended up in garbage. one of the worst lip balms i have ever tried.

the ones that really helped me:
bobbi brown in round silver tin
lush chocolate whipstick
lush honey trap
biotherm in the white tube
clarins hydraquench in the light blue tube

^^^^^Thank you for the review on the Reve & the other suggestions

:catdance::catdance::catdance: ..I'll hold onto my $14 & maybe swing by the local LUSH ;) I love a few of their soaps & it has been forever since I splurged on any!

reve you can't use during the day unless you are at home. it is like a thick wax
it is good for overnight and that's how i used it always but i would wake but with lips being even worse than night before. it's like you have to scrub your lips in the morning to peel all the dry skin off

but i might be the only one ever who doesn't like it i know it's a very popular product. you can get it at target, at least it's easy to return there

MAC's lip balm (Lip Conditioner in the squeeze tube) is really good! I love it so much that I usually buy two at a time!

That's my favorite as well! I do like the Nuxe one, too, but as Monsy says, it's rather an overnight product.

I like the REN skincare lip balm. but I mostly use it for overnight care after I gently scrub my lips (if necessary) and apply it before bedtime. the next morning my lips are prepped and ready :)
