I was able to pre order my WOG bag but the SA's didn't know anything about the Snowfall Prep and Prime Fix+ kit. Will this only be online? I really wanted to pre order it.

They usually do applications and have stock to sell. I hope for your sake they have squirrelled away some stock for this event.

I am keeping mine, but I'll be using it as a base for collage to make a gift box. I do that with the more sturdy boxes. The cardboard ones go straight to recycling. Even if they are pretty.

I really like the brush set with the synthetic bristles. I guess the true test will be washing them, but they feel very soft and have some interesting shapes - like the foundation brush, which reminds me of a watercolour brush.

I'm signed up for one of those events as well. I really hope they have some products from this actual collection to sell.

I missed pretty much everything and dont really feel like stalking (for restocks), though it would be nice to have one of those lipsticks or compacts.

Funny how this collection looked like it was going to be a bit boring at the outset but now it's selling like hotcakes!

I usually don't get anything from the Holiday collections. The last thing I bought was about two years ago in the blue jewel-toned packaging. Before that, I think the last holiday collection I bought from was Tartan Tale. I do love the extra dimension eyeshadows. So I was very curious about the individual shadows. Apparently, they are the darling of this collection.

I definitely want It's Snowing and one of Delicate Drift or Stylishly Merry, need to see more swatches to narrow that choice down.

I had my eye on Sugar & Spice lipstick but am currently leaning more towards Holiday Crush.

Still want the peach face bag, nude lip bag, and advanced brush kit.

Hope I can manage to snag at least a few of these when they release in the UK!

I love EDES for that one eyeshadow/swipe with a finger look! My favourites to use that way are Silver Sun (wearing it now :) ), A Natural Flirt and Smokey Mauve.

I must admit, I went from "I'll be good and just get the 3 pinky/gold ones that I will use" to "ooh, the white one will be great for inner corner highlight" to "what the hell, might as well get all 5. What's 1 more?" :hehe:

Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to receive the holiday ones and try them out and see how I like the EDES. Hope you're able to get the ones you want to add to your collection when they launch in the UK!

They are so easy to blend and especially suitable for light skin tones, where you just want a wash of color. I already hitting pan on my second Lorelei ED e/s.

No one knows the answer. Mac says they are not going to restock & then they do. It's anyone's guess. Sorry that is not much help.

I just can't get past that mouse eating spaghetti :roflmao:

What did you think of HCJ powder? Is it too light for you? I just got mine & it's a very subtle soft peachy gold on me. It's quite pretty. I also tried it as an es wash & it was subtle but natural & pretty.

i just swatched it and color is pretty kind of peachy gold on me just like you mentioned but texture feels pretty dry and stiff. i am not impressed at all. color is not unique either. this should have been an easy skip.
