When you mentioned combo highlighter/blush I immediately though of Blushed Copper. As far as the pressed powders go, you only really missed Champagne Gold as Rose Gold was LE but is now permanent. There was the smaller SSP liquid trio that included a Champagne Gold… Anyway only @DLuxJessica and myself seem to like Champagne Gold, lol.

LOL... I have no idea. I use a light hand with it, and I have serious yellow undertones to my skin... so it actually ends up looking more natural than some of the others on me (Rose Gold, for example, can be a little jarring on me).
