this powder is perfection

is it appropriate to use as an allover soft glow on your face? (I'm not experienced with glowy face powders)

I picked up the loose powder this morning at Neiman's. My Neiman's SA said they only got two of the loose powders (!!) It's very, very, very pretty (as always Monsy's pictures are accurate). Loose powders are a little tricky to work with, so they aren't for everyone. But I love the Laura Mercier Candlelight, and this is a pink/champagne version of that.

The product was shown with a puff, and the SA suggested that I use it all over the face applied with the puff. Personally, I think it's too shimmery/pearly for that. I'm afraid I would look like a pink-champagne version of the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz. I'll be using a fan brush with it as a highlighter.

That's the only item I got from summer. The bronzers are beautiful, but I don't need a bronzer right now. Also, the eye reviver quint looks really really good but they've mixed one cream in with the four powders (I don't love that combination). The nail polishes look cute, I'm really tempted of them.

the loose powder and a few other items have started to pop up on kicks online!
Thank u! :)
I will take advantage of my 20% rabbatt codes and I will get the powder yayyy :)
btw the SA in Åhléns told me that you can use it with a typical powder brush applying all over your face or you can use the puff provided for highlighting the the high points of the face.

yes I think it will be too much with the puff and I almost never use the brush/puff/sponge that comes with a product anyway. hmm not sure if I should get it or not. I have been thinking about LM candlelight before too. I'm around nc25-30ish so I don't want the dior powder to give too much of a bronzing color

I agree with you it's definitely not a powder for all over. I think it will be nice buffed in with a kabuki even that mini dior one. i found that the more you buff it in it looks more natural

Got all 3 sets of the polishes. Super wear time. As in a week, no chips, nothing. Love the new single shadows. Got the purple ones, excellent formula. It is the new lip glosses in the Addict line that are beyond words. Purged my stash, these are way better then MAC. No sticky lips. The colors are not as bold as the color in the tube. The purple one looks great over TF Liam.
