Is Dior Show A Dry Mascara?

I used Dior Show a few years ago and remembered liking it. I went to get YSL Faux Cils mascara the other day, but the city I live in doesn't have it, so I went with Dior Show again. But it feels so DRY and not very black. I'm not very impressed. I'm wondering if I got an old tube or if it is usually like that? Perhaps I should return it and just order Faux Cils from somewhere?

I tried it once but I didnt like it, it wasnt quite dry enough to make a difference without putting 3 coats on to make the difference I wanted. (if that makes sense) I dont like plushlash or mascara x. either I actually love benefit badgal, its really does say what it says on the box.

Hmmm...I'm wondering if the Dior Show Iconic is less dry? Or I was also thinking a Chanel mascara. I have fine, short blonde eyelashes and I need something that will lenghten, add volume, and make them very black (curl isn't such a huge factor for me).

I don't like it either! After reading many beauty blogger raves I decided to try it out. I wish I got a sample! It was $20! I used it 2x... don't even like it just on the tips of my lashes.

I just found out that a friend from a bigger city is coming to visit this weekend and she is willing to pick me up the YSL mascara, so the Dior Show is going to be returned tomorrow. I hope I like Faux Cils since I won't be able to return that!

Dior Show has always felt dry on my lashes. I hated it enough that I returned it Sephora, and I never return things.

Diorshow is a dry mascara... only 'wet' for the first few applications and then it dried out quite a bit. I fell in love with it for the brush as opposed to the formula, so I will be keeping the brush for use in other mascaras from now on!

I find Dior Show Blackout quite wet to be honest.
I've tried so many mascaras and the only one i recommend to people is Lancome Virtuosse or Hypnose.

I used it years ago, and then not at all for years, got a Lancome one instead. A few weeks back i bought another Diorshow and then gave it away to my mate - went straight back to the Lancome counter and back to my old Lancome mascara - I wasnt as impressed with Diorshow as I had been a few years back and find Lancome MUCH better.

Interesting that we both liked it a few years ago, but not anymore!
