Rave for Real Techniques brushes

I actually ran out to get the Expert Face Brush and the Setting brush after I saw this post. Lol. The EFB is really lovely...it's fat enough that you can buff your foundation in or paint it on the way you would with a normal brush. I love it as an alternative to the best brush in the universe, Coco Beau's Big Fat Firm Foundation Brush.

I tested the EFB with a few different foundations, from a very liquidy foundation to a cream foundation. What I found is that the more liquidy the base, the streakier it will apply with this brush. That's not to say you can't get rid of streaks...it just takes a bit more work to get an even finish. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL with cream and thicker foundations though.
Thanks a lot for the information, I got all the sets and the Stippling Brush from Ulta, and really want the EFB and Setting brush but they sold out.

Little late to get one the bandwagon on these but I saw these yesterday at Ulta for BOGO/50% and picked up the two face brush sets.....passed on the eye brushes for now~ I really love the buffer brush and plan on getting a couple more sets before the sale ends. I also had a $3.50/$10 coupon.

I grabbed the 3 new individual brushes, the expert, setting and crease. I love them. Expert works so well with my foundation, setting is perfect for setting my undereye concealer with powder/highlighting and the crease brush works great on my eyes. I really want to grab back ups of these and grab the eye set. I have been looking at the other sets, and I will agree, some of the brushes should be sold individually. I really love the expert brush. Blends and buffs like a dream. I never get any streaks. I also have the big pink blush brush too. It's huge, but it covers a lot of area for adding bronzer on your neck, collarbone, and shoulders. It's perfect.

I ordered the expert face brush online. Regret not buying the setting brush now but I guess I can just wait for it to come into Boots stores. Wish we got better deals on these brushes this side of the Atlantic!

These are available at all in Canada? I swear I saw them at Winners once, but I went to look again and they weren't there anymore.
What about Rexall drug store?

Amazon.com carries them, and they ship select items to Canada. iHerb will definitely ship to Canada (see link below). drugstore.com will if you have a US forwarding address. http://www.iherb.com/Real-Techniques-by-Samantha-Chapman I'm a little surprised Shopper's doesn't carry them for you guys.

I purchased from iherb recently, but I haven't gotten my order yet. They send me a shipped email the next day from my order. You should google a discount code that gives you $5 off your first order!

I bought some of them on iherb.com Too bad you can only get $5.00 on your very first purchase. I really want the Buffing Brush and Multi-task brush but they only come in sets.

These are some of my favorite brushes. I use the powder, setting, deluxe crease, accent and base shadow brushes often. Not only is the stippling brush great for foundation and other cream products, but it's fantastic for applying and building powder blush - I've been using it this way for several weeks now. I ended up ordering backups of the stippling, powder, setting and blush brush this week.

I am really loving the buffing brush from the Core collection! It applies liquid foundation like a dream and I have not switched to any other brushes ever since I got the kit from Ulta. I bought the stippling brush (individually) prior to buying the Core collection and while it is nice and does its job, I prefer the buffing brush for applying liquid foundation.

Overall, I am very happy with all of my Real Techniques brushes. None have shed or gotten out of shape and I've had mine for at least six if not, more months!

I only have the stippling brush, but I LOVE using it for my super pigmented blushes. I definitely want to pick more up this week while Ulta is having their 20% off sale. I do wish that they sold the brushes in their kits separately. Was interested in their core collection but would probably never use the foundation brush.

I'll go through the thread, but if any of these blushes are must haves/HG for you, let me know please!

So far I just have the powder brush and travel kit. Not a fan of the foundation brush but I generally don't like using that kid of brush for foundations anyway! I LOVE my powder brush and I use the multitasking brush for blush, which works for me because I have a huge head lol. I think they're the best brushes that are super budget-friendly, especially when you can use Ulta's coupons towards them :)
