There was a point I would get my orders in 4 or 5 days in NYC. My Alexis shipped only yesterday (get it on Saturday) and Valentine's shipped today. I guess it depends on what's going on.
The delay in shipping wouldn't bother me so much if they waited to charge my account until they ship. They take the money out of my account right away and then ship two weeks later. Not good!

Exactly! I notice most companies do that, or at least put a hold on the funds. My Alexis order got delivered today, I won't see it until tonight or tomorrow though.

Got my Valentine's order already today, that was fast! Haven't tried any of the e/s or h/l yet... In addition to my Love collection stuff, I ordered Master Plan ultra glossy lip and wore it tonight. I am OBSESSED!! It is such a great shade. The site just calls it "dusty plum", but it's way better in real life. It's like a purple-y taupe grey brown neutral. Kind of edgy and different, but totally wearable. It brings out my eyes and skin tone, really loving it. This is the first of their Ultra Glossy lips I have tried and I want moarrrr!

My Alexis Topaz came smashed (Friday), they're shipping me a new one.

Got my VDay stuff on Saturday.

Tons of swatch pics and videos on my IG (link below) of both collections.

Wearing Apple Of My Eye today and Bare Necessities w/Kae liner

Just got an order in. I haven't ordered in a long time. I got one of the Valentine's Day Duos. Oh it is so cute! They don't show the packaging of the duo on the website but it is like a little envelope with a heart seal on it. So cute! I also got the trio of nude Lippie Stix. 2 were much lighter than I thought but I can wear them. Love Love the 3rd one, Only You. but it crumbled on me when I applied it. It feels a bit softer than the others. I'm putting together another order of pressed shadows. I think I'll get another Only You while I'm at it.

Saw that the Alexis Ren stuff is supposed restock tomorrow, I really want Topaz. I'm going to order some of the Valentine's singles at the same time. Hope the ones I want don't sell out before then.

I like their pressed shadows. I think they're just as good as makeup geek.. and better than Mac (of course, that's not that hard to do these days). Not quite as good as Anastasia and MUFE, but still they're really nice.

Does anyone who purchased the first set... and then the Valentine's sets ..think they've improved the formula? My Valentine's shadows seem way more pigmented and softer than the original 8 I purchased. Maybe I am imagining things though. I will continue to buy these - when they release new shades.

I love the cute packaging too! If you take out the cardboard piece - you can fit four shadows in that little box.. if they had made it just a tiny bit bigger it would have fit at least 5... maybe 6.

I am not sure if you guys have seen the hack videos, but you can remove the cardboard foam insert... it makes room for more shadows. You can easily destroy it though, so be careful if you do it. The cardboard foam insert is glued down to the magnetic sheet, so it is hard to wiggle free without causing a little damage.. but if you're careful - you can do it with minimal damage, then just superglue it back into place!

For me - it was worth it, because even if I damaged it beyond repair.. I could just use a Z-palette.. I find the 2-pan and 4-pan palette style a little too restrictive.. I prefer to have more shadows grouped together in a single palette.

I did this with my duos! However, I found it much easier to just gently pop them out with tweezers instead of removing foam. Since it is foam, and there's a tiny gap around the pan, my tweezers fit right in-- pans popped out easily and super minimal damage to the package.

The packaging was SUPER cute though! I just know I'll never use them if they're not in my daily z-palette.

I snagged the Topaz palette and a lip mini set...and maybe a discounted eyeshadow quad lol. I'm not the least bit interested in the single shadows. Between my MAC and MUFE singles I really don't need anything else. They're waaaay too late to the powder eyeshadow game!
